  Membership in The Innominate Society of Louisville is by invitation
  and limited to forty active members.

   The Society consists of five classes of membership:
      1) Active
      2) Non-resident
      3) Honorary
      4) Senior
      5) Special

   Officers shall consist of a:
      President
      Secretary-Treasurer
      Librarian
